You may call 832-607-4247 to book an appt., Click here to schedule an appointment or email stylist@nartarsha.ws. I require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50 before your appointment date can be confirmed .
Your deposit of $50 is NON-REFUNDABLE once scheduled. Your deposit of $50 will be applied to any service of your choice.
24 hour notice is mandatory to RESCHEDULE all appointments.
You can reschedule twice only.
If notice is not given within 24 hours to RESCHEDULE, your $50 deposit is forfeited & cannot be transferred to a salon service. Consultations are FREE with any service on same day! Consultations are $30 without a service.
Please arrive on time . There is a $25 service charge for all Superstars that are 25 min or more late. If you are over 30 min. late, you may have to reschedule for another day & you must pay your $25 late fee in advance of rescheduling. This is to avoid my appointments running into each other & helps to keep me on time, for other appointments. Please be mindful of this & thank you in advance for respecting everyone's time.
All appointments that are not honored within 30 MINUTES of your appointment time with no notification of a late arrival may have to be canceled and deposits may be forfeited.
The waiting area is limited and can accommodate our superstars only.
I kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional persons besides yourself to wait for you while you're being serviced.
Young children being serviced should ALWAYS have a parent present.
Cancellation
Should a cancellation be necessary, please call us a minimum of 24 hours in advance for a single service or 48 hours in advance for 2 or more services to avoid charges. If appointments are not cancelled or rescheduled in the allotted time stated above, a $30 NCF will be incurred by the client. For further clarification of cancellation and fees, consult with Nartarsha before scheduling. Cancellations must be made by speaking directly to Nartarsha, voicemail, or emailing stylist@nartarsha.ws .
Customer Service & Sanitation
If you are not satisfied with your service we require you to notify your stylist before leaving the salon. There will be an additional fee charged to the client, if you leave SSS Beauty Spa, & return for any changes.
At SSS Beauty Spa, we use sanitation, for combs, clips, tools, etc. We also use germicide, barbicide, & disinfectant, to make sure that everyone is protected from any infections or germs. In the same regards, we ask that if you have any types of skin or scalp irritations that is infected or open sores to the areas where service needs to be done, please do not come in for service until this is cleared up by a doctor. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Thanks for your understanding.

I am ONLY interested in making my clients (Superstars) feel, and look beautiful.
Negative encounters via phone, internet, or in person shall & will terminate our relationship!!
I am a Highly Experienced Professional Hairstylist, and I expect my clients (Superstars) to treat me as such.
I offer my clients "Private Appointments", in a "STRESS-FREE", "NO-DRAMA" environment.
MY FEES ARE SET, AND NON-NEGOTIABLE!! ,
Consultations are done either over the phone, in person, or online.
Online consultations consist of the client submitting three (3) current photos of themselves; a front view, side view, and a back
view. These pictures help to view your hair texture, length, and overall condition/health of your hair.
